JVA Homes begins with John Villar and Kathren Wright.  Combined, we have many years’ experience with residential properties of every kind and at every price level.  In recent years and in response to new demand in the real estate market, we have expanded our service to representing sellers and buyers of manufactured homes.

We believe strongly that real estate agency is a personal service and therefore, by policy, we limit our practice to only a few clients at a time.  When you engage our company you will receive absolutely the highest level of professional service and our personal attention, experience, and expertise at all times – not that of a sales assistant, or client coordinator, or transaction coordinator, marketing director, or any other staff person.
