Located right at the Ventura Harbor, this palm-lined community also offers a year-round heated pool, spa, a large, picturesque lake, pool tables, barbeque, a shuffleboard court, and more.  At least one resident must be aged 55-plus and any other aged 50-plus, and one small indoor pet will be considered.

This senior community of 145 homes features a year-round heated pool and spa, and a large, comfortable club house where homeowners enjoy a variety of organized activities, movie night, billiards, and a gym.  Tennis courts and walking trails are very nearby at Camino Real Park public park.  Residents must be aged 55 or over, and one small pet is permitted.

Imperial Ventura is actually two adjacent but separate communities totaling 372 homes located conveniently close to the shops and restaurants of Gateway Plaza and the Ventura County Government Center.  Park grounds feature pools, spas, pool table rooms, and grassy play areas for kids that include swings.  There’s also a basketball court.
