Rancho Granada is a 116-home senior community of moderately priced homes and exceptionally affordable land rents, which are typically in the mid-$400 per month range. The park is nicely maintained and exudes a tranquil, relaxed feel. Ocean view trails are nearby at the Carpinteria Bluffs, with viewing access to the Seal Rookery.
